Life after the war

Post-war occupation: Alma & family migrated to Australia in 1958 so Alma had her 3 children by then. In Australia she worked as an aged care nurse in the Free Masons’ nursing home.

How did work in the WLA effect their life? Best time of her life, met husband, led to change of countries – Northern Ireland and then Australia.
